Two New Operators Drafted To Operation Grim Sky For Rainbow Six Siege

Rainbow Six Siege is reaching its next season soon and Operation Grim Sky is the next campaign for the game which will include a pair of new playable operators.

At the Paris Major, Ubisoft has shared details of its upcoming campaign which include its new operators Maverick and Clash. In addition to the two operators, the Hereford Base old map has been completely reworked and will be available to all players for free.

The first operator Maverick is an attacker equipped with the Suri torch, a device capable of burning holes through breakable walls and wooden barricades, as well as reinforced walls and hatches. This enables Maverick to create holes of various sizes in a lot of different places, and attacking defenders from unusual and sneaky positions.

The second operator Clash is a defender with indestructible CCE shield that covers the entire front of her body. Her shield is attached with a built-in taser that slows and damages enemies within range. Her taser operates on a charge, and will refill whenever she’s not using it. Players that have the Year 3 pass will have immediate access to Clash and Maverick when Grim Sky launches on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, while the rest will be able to unlock them one week later.

Rainbow Six Siege’s Operation Grim Sky is expected to launch sometime in September.
