2. Mark the column:
a. "Deposit" to your own account (if in cash).
b. "Transfer" (if from an account).
3. Check the column "Resident" if Indonesian citizen.
4. Fill in the sender's name.
5. Fill in the name of the recipient of PT. Nusa Satu Inti Artha (89022).
6. Fill in the name of the Bank with Bank Mandiri.
7. In the account column, fill in the virtual account number.
8. Check on the source of funds column (cash/debit account).
9. Fill in the payment amount.
