Cash Deposit
1. Fill in the Account Deposit Form.
2. Select Cash Deposit on the form.
3. Enter your Deposit amount, account holder name and virtual account number.
4. Enter your name and signature.
Bank Transfer
1. Fill in the Account Transfer Form.
2. Input the recipient's name, virtual account number, beneficiary branch, and payment amount.
3. Enter the name, account number and deposit branch.
BNI ATM
1. Select 'Other Menus'.
2. Select 'Transfer'.
3. Select 'Savings Account'.
4. Select 'To BNI Account'.
5. Enter the virtual account number.
6. Enter transfer amount.
7. Confirm Transfer.
BNI SMS Banking
1. Go to the Transfer Menu.
2. Select Transfer List - Add.
3. Select BCA Virtual Account.
4. Enter the virtual account number and transfer amount.
5. Click YES and SEND.
6. Reply SMS by entering 2nd and 6th digit PIN.
SMS
Send a SMS to 3346 with the following format:
TRF (space) Amount VA BNI number (space).
BNI INTERNET BANKING
1. Go to the Transfer Menu.
2. Select Add Favorite Account.
3. Select Between BNI Accounts.
4. When using the desktop to add accounts: Transaction menu, then Set Recipient's Account, Add Recipient's Account.
5. Enter the name and number of the virtual account.
6. Enter the token authentication code.
7. The recipient's account will be added.
8. Return to the Transfer menu.
9. Select Transfer Between BNI Accounts.
10. Select the Recipient's Account.
11. Select a debit account and enter the transfer amount.
12. Enter the token authentication code.
BNI MOBILE BANKING
1. Go to the Transfer Menu.
2. Select Between BNI Account and New Account Input.
3. Enter the debit account, the virtual account number in the recipient's account, and the transfer amount.
4. Enter the password and confirm the transaction.
OTHER BANK TELLER
1. Fill in the Money Transfer / Transfer Form.
2. Fill in recipient's account column with virtual account number.
3. Fill in recipient's name column with virtual account name.
4. Enter transfer amount.
5. Fill in recipient's bank column with BNI.
OTHER INTERNET BANKING
1. Go to the Transfer Menu.
2. Select Other Bank Account.
3. Enter the virtual account number in the recipient's account column.
4. Enter transfer amount.
5. Enter the recipient bank with BNI.
6. Select type of transfer used is online or real time.
7. Confirm to proceed with the payment process.
OTHER BANK ATM
1. Go to the Transfer Menu.
2. Select Other Bank Account.
3. Enter Bank Code (009).
4. Enter the virtual account number on the recipient account.
5. Enter transfer amount.
6. Confirm to proceed with the payment process.
