4 Your order is placed.
5 Pay a visit to your nearest RHB branch.
6 Insert your ATM card into the ATM terminal and key in your pin number. Select “TRANSFER” on the interface selection menu.
7 Key in OffGamers’s account number and select “PRESS IF CORRECT”.
8 Input the amount you wish to transfer and choose “PRESS IF CORRECT” once again.
9Ensure that the account name and the amount you wish to transfer is correct. Select “PRESS IF CORRECT”.
10 View your order details and click upload now.
11 Click upload now.
12 Crop payment transfer details and click confirm.
13 Click upload now.
14 Order in processing.
Important: Please allow our website to fully load once your transaction is completed to prevent floating orders.
Cash Deposit Machine
Account Name: OffGamers Sdn Bhd.
1Check your shopping cart details and click continue.
2 Click pay now.
3 Click upload later.
4 Your order is placed.
5 Pay a visit to your nearest RHB branch.
6Select ACCOUNT DEPOSIT from the interface menu on the Cash Deposit terminal.
7Key in OffGamers account number and select CONFIRM to proceed further.
8 Ensure the account name is registered under OffGamers and choose CONFIRM once again.
9Deposit the cash onto the payment tray. The terminal will then display a confirmation screen, after the process is complete.
10 View your order details and click upload now.
11 Click upload now.
12 Crop payment receipt details and click confirm.
13 Click upload now.
14 Order in processing.
3rd Party Transfer
Account Name: OffGamers Sdn Bhd.
1. Login to your RHB Online account and choose “Open Transfer” from the selection menu.
2. Go to 'Fund Transfer'
3. Select Fund Transfer services - Transfer to Other RHB Account
4. Input the necessary transfer details such as Account Number, Order number and Amount.
5. Ensure that the Account Number and Name are correct.
6. 6. Input the One-Time Password and mutually authenticate the security code sent to your registered mobile number before your transaction is being processed.
Important: Please allow our website to fully load once your transaction is completed to prevent floating orders.

*You may acquire the images with a digital camera, scanner or even through a camera phone. Content of the receipt has to be clear and should be saved in form of JPEG or PNG file format.
Please attach your payment receipt along with the following details below before sending an e-mail to us:-

- Exact Amount Sent (MYR):
- Photocopy/Digital images of the payment receipt:
- OffGamers employees will only request for you to e-mail your receipts to support@offgamers.com.
- OffGamers employees will NEVER ask for you to e-mail your receipts to any other e-mail addresses or physical addresses, it is important for you to always remain cautious with your payment details to ensure that your order is processed and delivered to its intended recipients.
- OffGamers employees will also NEVER call from a hand phone number requesting for your payment receipt information.

DISCLAIMER
All orders will be processed as soon as the funds are cleared. Please take note that 3rd Party Transfer, ATM Transfer and Cash Deposit Machine payments may take up to 2 hours to clear. Do not transfer the payment to any bank account, other than the one(s) stated above.
OffGamers will not be held liable for any monetary loss or delays in processing of orders, if the payments are transferred to the incorrect bank account.
The order will only be valid for a maximum of 10 working days. If your payment doesn’t clear in 10 working days from the day the order is placed, your order will be canceled and store credits will be issued to you, once the payment is cleared. This policy is in place to protect you and ourselves from price fluctuations.
